Know our
My love for events began at just 15, working in a children’s party room. There, I learned face-painting, crafting simple balloon shapes, and the art of exceptional customer service.
After college, I honed my service skills in the retail industry, eventually taking on management roles. Yet, no matter where my career took me, I felt a pull back to what truly brought me joy: being part of people’s happiest moments.
The pandemic, though challenging, provided the stillness I needed to reignite my spark and gave birth to Balloon and Color. What began with simple Mother’s Day balloon arrangements has grown into a full-service balloon styling business, bringing joy to families and brands across NY, NJ, and CT.

With an eye for design and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Francesca transforms ordinary spaces into elevated celebrations. Each installation is thoughtfully curated to reflect her clients’ vision , combining artistry, elegance, and joy, because every moment deserves to be beautifully styled.
Beyond her love for balloons, Francesca is a devoted wife and mother to two wonderful children and one adorable fur baby. When she’s not designing events, she’s making memories with her family, traveling, serving at church, and discovering the best cafés in town.
